Dr. R. Todd Ragan is from the Gallipolis area. He graduated from North Gallia High School in 1985. He then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Ohio University in 1989. Dr. Ragan graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry with honors in 1993. He completed an extern rotation at the Chillicothe Veteran's Hospital with emphasis in diagnoses and treatment of ocular disease. Dr. Ragan formed his practice in Gallipolis in 1994. He continues to offer a full scope optometric practice for all ages. Dr. Ragan is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He and his family strive to be active in the local church and Gallia county community.

Dr. Ryann R. Thacker was born in Gallipolis, Ohio and graduated from South Gallia High School in 2001. She attended Marshall University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology and graduated with honors in 2005. She completed several extern rotations, including time at the Huntington Veteran's Hospital and the Pediatric and Binocular Vision Clinic at The Ohio State University. Dr. Thacker graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2008. She joined Dr. Ragan's practice in July of 2008 and provides full scope optometric care for all ages. Dr. Thacker also offers sensorimotor examinations and vision therapy. Dr. Thacker is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Dillon Ragan was born and raised in Gallia county, Ohio. He is the oldest son of the practice founder, Dr. Todd Ragan. After graduating high school as a homeschool student in 2016, he attended Cedarville University where he studied Biology and was accepted to The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2019. Dillon gained experience in many different clinical settings and specialties including the Chillicothe VA hospital, Ohio State’s contact lens, ocular disease, and binocular vision/pediatric clinics. He graduated with his Doctorate of Optometry degree in 2023 and would then join the practice. Dillon enjoys spending time with his family, being active, outdoors, and playing music. His passions also include serving the community and being involved in the local church. Dillon is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
